Oyster Chicken

A simple marinated chicken.

serves 4. core or 2 points per serve

400g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
2 tbs oyster sauce

Place the chicken in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add the oyster sauce and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate.
Pan fry in a teflon coated pan until chicken is cooked through, stirring constantly so as not to burn. Serve with salad, asian stir fried vegies, or rice.
